Frequently Asked Questions

We ship using Priority Mail to ensure your products get to you quickly. You should receive your treats 1-3 business days after placing your order. We package our treats with care so they arrive in the best condition possible; however, some treats may break during shipping.

The bags are marked with a Best By date to let you know how long the treats will remain at their peak freshness. Brew Pup Dog Treats will remain fresh past the Best By date for 3 months in the sealed bag when stored in a dark, cool, and dry area.  Once open, we recommend keeping the treats in the sealed bag they came in and squeezing out some of the air to help keep the treats fresh after opening.

Our treats are handmade and occasionally pick up some of the flour that we use to dust the pastry mat and rolling pin with to keep the dough from sticking and pulling apart. The treats are fine for your pup to eat.

There may be some color variation between batches of treats due to the nature of the spent grains and the style of beer the grains were used to brew. This variation of lighter or darker coloration is normal and nothing to worry about.

We are currently working on new recipes for spent grain treats and hope to add new treat flavors to our current list of products soon.
